Valentine’s Day can sometimes feel like a tough spot for those flying solo – but that doesn’t mean you can’t celebrate love – especially the love you have for yourself. In fact, this Valentine’s Day could be the perfect opportunity to shower yourself with some much-needed self-love and care. And what better way to do so than through empowering Mantras?

As the year draws to a close, it’s incredibly common to find ourselves caught up in the whirlwind of holiday festivities, stress, and New Year’s resolutions. However, amidst the hustle and bustle, there is immense value in pausing to reflect and taking the time to conclude the year mindfully.

Why should I practice gratitude?
You have the right to request a copy of your health care records from us.
Requests must be made in writing and may be submitted in person, by mail, by email, or through a patient portal if available.
We may ask you to complete an authorization form. Records are provided according to Texas law.
