An Open Letter From Our Founder

An Open Letter From Our Founder,

My heart is full as I write this, thinking back over this past year and reflecting on how Natural Balance has grown and changed. Last year ended with myself and two employees, four office spaces, and excitement for what 2024 would bring. This year saw the addition of two new staff members, including our first full-time non-clinical staff member, five offices, a secondary business, and the confidence in what leaning into growth and embracing change can look like. Growth is a teamwork effort at NBC, with everyone pitching in their personal ideas, energy, and heart. When you see our work and our brand, it comes from a culmination of every staff member who puts pieces of themselves into their work and this business.

It always amazes me to think about the pure trust and vulnerability our clients show us daily by showing up and doing the emotional and mental work with their clinicians. Engaging in therapy is one of the best but hardest things someone can do for themselves, and the fact our clients choose Natural Balance Counseling as the place for that will never cease to humble me.

In 2024 we were able to have:

266 Clients Seen
2,625 Sessions Completed

Reflecting on these numbers and the memories we have created pushes me to continue to think outside the box, try new things, and keep Natural Balance Counseling the safe, modern, and innovative place we are known to be. When I started the business, I had no idea what it would turn into, but I am grateful every day for where we have gone. From the start, we have led with authenticity, creating a place where people can show up as their true selves to transform into the best version of themselves, changing the world around them.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for trusting us and trusting me.

Here’s to a fantastic 2025 – I’m excited to see what’s in store!

Always,
Alyssa
