Services Offered

Looking for help facing life's challenges? We've got your back!

Here are a few of our many services:

Adult Counseling

Struggles are common, no matter what stage of life you are in. Anxiety, depression, mood swings, generalized stress, and overwhelming obstacles can all cause someone to function at a lower level than what they desire. Individual counseling allows you to meet with a counselor one-on-one to develop a customized treatment plan and interventions unique to your situation and concerns. Just because you can get through life on your own, does not mean you have to or should. Let us help you create and live the life you desire and crave!

Relationship Counseling

Relationships can be some of the most fulfilling as well as stress-inducing things we ever experience. Whether you are in a new relationship and dealing with growing pains, wanting to fire-proof your relationship before it continues, or dealing with decades of resentment and hurt, counseling can help you identify where the obstacles are, and how to overcome them. Our counselors take all aspects of who both you and your partner are as they develop straightforward and considerate tools to promote closeness and healing between you both.

Online Counseling

While we offer in-person counseling for all clients, our counselors are also equipped to provide virtual counseling for anyone within the state of Texas. All virtual services are provided using a HIPAA compliant video-conferencing software.
